As per Shastra’s :
।। ॐ यो भूतां च भव्य च सर्व यश्चधितिष्ठति सर्वस्य च केवलं तस्मै जेष्ठाय् ब्रह्मणे नमः।।
Brahma one of the trinity is the creator of the universe. He is established as the supreme Purusha.
Essence of Twenty Mukhi Rudraksha:
‘The 20 Mukhi Rudraksha is blessed by Param Brahm’.
Here Param Brahm refers to the Vedic Trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. It is believed that the divine powers of various centres are acutely concentrated in the 20 facets of this divine bead. This Rudraksha in itself is the convergence of divine energies of grace and knowledge. Both are essential to advance learning, evolving and applying the knowledge with wisdom that result in enjoyment of material success.
Where intellect can generate wealth, wisdom teaches you to enjoy it proportionately over your entire life span. The wearer of this Rudraksha learns to harness both wealth and spiritual enhancement. Lord Brahma – The creator :
These lines clearly state that that here Brahma is Param Brahm who is the Trimurti that perform the functions of creation, preservation and dissolution. Here this energy is established as the supreme Purusha who is the embodiment of the supreme soul.
As per scriptures the Trinity formed a very important aspect of worship. Lord Brahma known as Hiranyagarbha is the creator. Lord Vishnu is the preserver and Lord Shiva is considered to be the annihilator. This cycle continues in every Yuga. As per the Rig Veda there is a supreme energy, which is the absolute source and which is higher than each of the Trinity. This is what the Athar Veda addresses as Param Brahm.
Rules for wearing and how to maintain your Rudraksha :
- Wash your Rudraksha with water and oil the Rudraksha using a soft brush preferably once a month using almond oil.
- Chant ‘Om Namah Shivaye’ before wearing the Mala the next day.
- Remove Rudraksha Mala while engaging in sexual intercourse and while visiting funeral grounds.
- We at Rudralife, suggest that one can remove Rudraksha Mala while consuming non vegetarian food and alcohol and wear it afterwards. Though our scriptures also highlight that they can be worn all the time without any restrictions.
- Women can wear Rudraksha and is their choice whether they wish to remove the Mala during menstrual cycles. As per our scriptures, there are no such restrictions and women can wear Rudraksha without any worries.
- To energise the Rudraksha Mala, touch it to a shivling and chant ‘Om Namah Shivaye’ 11 times. If possible, try to do a Rudrabhishek of the Rudraksha when possible.
- Do try to refrain from wearing a Rudraksha Mala worn by others and keep a Mala separate for Japa and for wearing.
